Hello all. I am so confused. I am trying to let out our lovely family home in Bathwick. It is right by Bathwick St Mary primary, has a garage, loads of space, great condition, and I was asking for 1500 pcm, which I thought was reasonable. Nobody was interested. We really want to let the house out to a nice family, maybe one that is relocating and wantingbtibtry before buying in order to suss out the lovely different areas of Bath. Long term, we will move back, but we offer at least a year of tenancy. Why is nobody interested? Confused!
