Stage 1 Swimming Crash Course this Summer?

Does anyone know which pools are running crash courses during the holidays? I've done a search and already seen the Seals and Elite ones (but of course they are pricey). Abbey hasn't updated their website since the May one so am now being lazy and checking no-one has any extra info before I ring round!

Parkside is doing crash courses again, think it is the week beginning the 23rd July, but I don't know what stages they are offering.

Impington Village College sports centre does them too.

Chesterton usually does them too.

Seals might be pricy but the ratio of kids to teachers makes it worth it u think. Both my kids went through Seals I I think it's worth the money.

i was going to suggest Chesterton sports centre too. My DC has done crash courses there in the past (and regular termly lessons too).

Thanks, will look at Parkside, Chesterton and Impington (though a bit far).

Seals swimming courses are excellent. Kids can make fantastic progress over a week. My dd learned to swim 5 meters when she was 3 yo doing her first seals crash course.

Thanks. Chesterton shut over the hols for rennovations. Abbey has a mixed Stage 1/2 group so I don't fancy that. Parkside appear to be full, but I will ring them. And consider the Seals.

My son did the Elite course when he was 6. It helped greatly and was worth the money. But it very much depends on how small a group one needs.

Friend has suggested that DD may be able to start in stage 2, as she's already happy in the water. May guve me more options. I found two Stage 1 crash courses...both during our annual week at the seaside.
