Hello lambeth mumsnetters - we are a parent-led group / campaign who are opposed to the proposed education cuts. We are holding a carnival against the cuts on the sunday 16th of July - please come along! there will be choirs, face paints, picnics and other fun activities. We had a huge success in the election in getting education on the election agenda but now we really need to keep up the pressure so that the government promises to protect real terms education funding.
