Hi, can anyone recommend a dentist in St Albans (NHS or private). New to the area and need to take my 3 year old for the first time. Don't want him to be put off!! Thank you :-)

I know a really good dentist in Radlett, The Dental clinic. Really good with kids

Well I have been going to the Russell Avenue dental practice with my children, they take on both NHS and private patients I believe (we go NHS). They are child friendly and nice so I would recommend. Very handy for parking too.

The maltings dental surgery takes both. We go there and really like it. It's in the town centre.

Alexandra House is really good too

Wasn't at all happy with Alexander House - thought they were rude and abrupt and I had no confidence in them. I now go to Vaughan Dental in Harpenden which is private but I feel secure that they know what they are doing and they are very nice too.
