Me again, so we are moving to Cardiff in August and have to rent before we buy.
Our budget to buy for a 3 bed will be around £180,000.
We have no idea of decent areas, we need a good Primary and easy transport to central Cardiff but (as we cant move once the children are settled in school) we need to know we can afford to buy in that area.
If you are still with me, I basically need recommendations of great areas to live with a good school and 3 beds that we can afford.
