au pair/nanny for two weeks only?

we are moving to Cambridge and i need to go on a course during two weeks mid august. i am hopelessly scouring googling to find a nanny or an au pair to look after my kid the two hours after he leaves nursery before his Dad gets back home. (and bring him to nursery in the morning if at all possible...) Did anyone manage to find such part time, temporary childcare and if yes how?

Maybe look for a childminder on the Local Authority website

Childminder. Or could contact the local college asking for childcare students looking for a bit of extra. Or ask the nursery if they have any staff who would be willing to take him home with them.
