au pair rates in sw london?

does anyone know what a reasonable weekly rate for an au pair, live-in, 20 - 30 hours work and all meals included / week would be paid? walking distance from overground, own suite on top floor.

one child who is 12, babysitting, driving, cooking, checking on homework, no cleaning, no pets.

That sounds about as easy as a gig can be providing you're keeping within the 20/25 hours. The ones I know get paid £125-£150.
