Tai chi classes for mothers and babies

Hi!

I'm looking for any mothers that would be interested in learning tai chi with their babies. I found a class, but it's not running any more because there is not enough interest. The class only needs 2 other mothers to join to get it going again, it's in Bethnal Green.

Would anyone be up for learning the tai chi basics?

If not, could anyone recommend some exercise classes for mothers to attend with their babies?

Dear Kaya,
I'm sorry to hear that you cannot join a local Tai Chi class but to be honest, it is generally not something that is associated with babies.
I think you'll probably be better off taking you baby swimming.

However if you wish to pursue tai chi, have a look at www.taichiunion.com/

I appreciate that I'm biases but I'd look for a Yang Style class.
