Came here yesterday with my kids, first time in over 10 years. Beautiful beach absolutely ruined by hoards of drunk teenagers, saw at least 2 fights. Went for fish and chips not far from beachfront, again a stand up fight inside. Left for final walk along shore, saw a mum screaming obscenities at her young child, nose to nose poor soul must have been terrified. Please tell me it's not always like this, as I always lived Ayr as a child.
