Pregnancy Yoga classes

Hi everyone, does anyone go to pregnancy yoga? I'm struggling to find a group locally to Bromley. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, NCT may do relax stretch and breathe classes which are yoga based. I say may as I did them about 4 years ago with my first and am no longer in the area. I enjoyed the classes. You got people coming back with babies to give their birth stories too. And various tips on childbirth etc.
