A colleague of mine has a child in 5th year and has been asking me about some volunteering that the child believes they have to do over summer? They have just come to this country so they are not sure what this is meant to be. Does anyone know if there is a requirement for 6th form pupils to do voluntary work? My DD's went to a different school so I can't figure out what is happening. Could this be D of E, maybe?
