Hi all. I'm not local but wanted to ask a question please which is a bit delicate. We usually holiday abroad but We are holidaying in the Lake District this year and I'm a bit worried as we are an interracial family and I know the area is not diverse at all. My husband is black - and he says any problems he may incur won't bother him but I'm worried about our daughter as I don't want her to incur any issues. Do you think it will be ok? We are staying in Grasmere. Thank you.
