Does anyone have experience of hypnobirthing and the birth unit at Wexham?
I'm due with my first in September, booked into Wexham. I'm considering doing a hypnobirthing course and just curious to know if they're welcoming towards hypnobirthing at Wexham. Don't want to pay all that money and put all the effort in practising then for it to be ignored when we get there!
Any good recommendations for hypnobirthing courses in Windsor area would be welcome too! Plus general thoughts on it for anyone who has given it a try!
