I thought I'd share info on three interesting talks taking place at North Bridge House soon.
They're designed to give parents the opportunity to hear first-hand from experts about some of the most pressing issues affecting young children today. The first from Andrea Grace, a well-known child sleep expert and the following two from Dr Aric Sigman, a child psychologist and Fellow of the Society of Biology on the effects of screen time and how to manage it as well as body image and its pressures on young children.
