New Hamleys toy dept in Jenners - ouch!

Anyone been to the new Hamleys toy dept in Jenners on Princes Street. Just popped in and came away shocked - not just by how red it is - but by the prices. Used to find that toy dept quite reasonable for some things. They are charging more than £40 for the Bing House, £5 for a small troll blind bag. Small tubs of playdoh are £3. Man behind the counter said they are also short of stock. Two things I went in for weren't available. Love to know what others think.

When it was in Jenners before I found it expensive.

I was really disappointed in it. I've always loved the toy department in Jenners because it felt unique but now it's too generic

Never the cheapest vendor, for sure, but I have picked up some bargains there in my time.
Going round y'day, though, I felt like I was at one of those outlets at an airport where you wonder why anyone ever spends money.
