Hi,
Would anyone recommend me a good Yoga or Pilates classes/ teacher for a complete newbie?
Preferably on the north side of the city, there a few going on ( Camyoga and Satyam Yoga being on the top of my list atm ) but I don't know where to start, have no previous experience at all.
Please help me to get fitter and get rid of my back pain induced by carrying and lifting children:)
