Looking for anyone who has used Cossham services, specifically the antenatal classss. I'm booked in for two sessions at Cossham and one at Little Hayes. DH may not be able to make them all so I'm trying to find information on what's covered in each class so we can decide what's essential.
I've read some general reviews about classes and it seems to vary wildly from a 'what to expect' lecture all the way to hands on role play (aaah no thanks!).
