Cleaner and childminder needed in LS6

Does anyone know of a reliable and not hideously expensive cleaner for a couple of hours a fortnight in a house with a dog in the Headingley/Far Headingley area?

Also has anyone got any recommendations for a childminder/Nanny for before and after-school care for Weetwood/Shire Oak schools so based in Headingley or Meanwood?
