Ear piercing in Kew / Richmond or near

I am wanting to find somewhere good, safe, clean etc to get my daughter's ears pierced. We can't go to Harrods as she's a few months too young. Can anyone recommend anywhere local that's good? I don't want to use Claire's. And should I be getting it done with a gun or a needle - I know nothing about this bit of the topic? Thanks a lot.

Hey I took my DD who is 7 months to Richard Ward in Chelsea. It cost £50 for 18ct gold studs. They don't use needles anymore but they use the Inverness system which operates by hand pressure with a needle point stud. She cried but since she has been fine. She doesn't play with it, it doesn't bother her at all. The lady who does it is great but the front of house is less welcoming. Apparently it's full of celebrities so you can't take pics. TBH I'm happy I went there.
