Hi, I'm hoping that someone may be able to point me in the direction of any private landlords in Weston? Many thanks in advance ☺️

Ring the council they may have a private landlord forum.
Havent looked lately, but there used to be private ads in the local paper.

Are you trying to avoid letting agents and their fees?

Yes we were in all honesty, we have some viewings booked tomorrow and will have to swallow the extra cost but not much you can do really I guess. We don't live there yet so getting the paper isn't easy

Have you tried joining any local FB groups and asking there?

I can understand wanting to avoid letting agents and fees, but be careful of going direct and getting a rougue landlord - letting agents (if theyre any good) do filter out really bad landlords and unsafe properties.

You coud put a wanted advert in the weston mercury?
