Hi! Moving from Germany to Whitstable in July with my two sons, aged 3 and 6. My husband's American, I'm a Kent gal but we've been overseas for 20 years so feel a bit like a foreigner now coming home to the UK! We would love to meet other parents with kids our age, as I worry they'll be a bit lonely arriving in the UK and not having others to play with this summer (us grown-ups too though!) We'll be homeschooling for a while - at least until January I think - so we'd also appreciate tips about any homeschooling groups or activities. Tia.
Also, are there any German families here, or families who lived in Germany? My son is worried about losing his German ;-)
