Sharps Lane or Southbourne Gardens?

I am a single mum, looking to rent a property on either Sharps Lane (close to Kingsend) or Southbourne Gardens (near Dawlish Drive)

Can anyone local give me an idea of which is better- my kids 1 and 9years old and would have to attend local nursery & primary schools. I will be returning to work part-time in October.

All advice most appreciated.

I think Sharps Lane is nicer but depends on catchment areas of the schools you are interested in.
