Hi all I'm a older mum 40 🙈🙈 have a son 17 and a daughter 9. My work shifts have changed and I'm finding myself at a loose end during the week. Anyone fancy meeting up for a coffee or perhaps joining the gym with me do embarrassed to go on my own !!! I live in welling x

I am looking for a running buddy. I would like to go running after school drop offs with my toddler in a running buggy in Danson park.
We could start easy jogs and then build up from there.
