Safety and ASB on Dover House Conservation Area

Hi all,

This is our first post. so bear with me if any protocol/rule is broken.

We are looking at 2 bed houses around the Dover conservation area, which looks very nice and for some reason seems to be the only one where the budget drops a bit.

The specific property we are looking at its an EOT house at the end of the road that leads to the back gate of Queens mary hospital and has a public footpath to access through Toland Square and Roehampton lane.

We don't live local and would like to know if this could be a potential problem for safety (burglaries) or a potential hotspot for anti-social behaviour as its slightly secluded (youngsters loitering, drinking or etc... on the public footpath)

When we went around, we did see a couple of beer cans thrown but these could've been there for ages.

Any locals that can give us the heads up would be thanked deeply!!! Grin

Also check out the met police website - you can look at reported crimes on a map
