Can anyone help out my mum's friend? She runs very successful keep fit classes for Active Seniors in Edinburgh and Peebles - but would really like to take some time off/train someone take over her classes. She teaches a system called Bagot Stack, run by Fitness League (ask your grans if they have heard of the the Women's League of Health and Beauty!) and I think they are having a free taster day in Edinburgh on Saturday 25 March. www.thefitnessleague.com
