Hello everyone, We are looking to buy house near Timperly/ navigation area aiming for Wellington high school catchment. We liked one house on Gladstone Road its quite close to Navigation primary. I would really appreciate if you can share your thoughts about this road..is it busy during school hours? And also how the area is in general. I am bit concerned after doing some homework on crime rate in nearby areas. Many thanks.
