OK, so this is a super long shot but I thought it was worth a go. We have relocated back to Edinburgh after a decade away and will be looking to buy a family home in the Morningside/Greenbank area in Jan/Feb. That's funny! You are psychic Lilyda. I went to see it yesterday - bee-yoo-ti-ful house but the traffic noise in the garden really put me off. Because Braidburn is a valley the sound of the busy road on the far side really booms loudly. The EA and I were having to raise our voices to make ourselves heard over the roar of cars. Such a shame because otherwise it was spot on.

Ah what a shame. Makes me feel better that it isn't ours though!

It is a fantastic house though - really liked it
