We will be restarting our Postnatal Pilates Class in Kidbrooke in January.
The class is on Wednesdays 11:45-12:45
Postnatal Pilates can help you to:
-Improve your posture
-Restore you pelvic floor and abdominal muscles
-Stretch and reduce tightness around shoulders and back from -breastfeeding and looking after your baby
-Tone up after pregnancy
-Recover from Diastasis Recti or prolapses (if any)
-Relieve stress
Babies are welcome to join in the class with you. The class is also a great place to meet another new mums, sharing tips and stories about your new lives and supporting each other.
You can join the Postnatal class from 6 weeks postpartum, 10 weeks from caesarean and 12 weeks from emergency caesarean.
