Best "Cubs" group in Oxford?

Hi all,

My 7 year old son is currently in the Highfield (Headington) Beavers group and due to move to Cubs soon. However, I haven't heard great things about the Headington Cubs group.
Does anyone have any experiences with any of the Oxford cubs groups they wouldn't mind sharing?

I don't know anything about the Oxford scout groups, but kids generally progress through the group, there can be some hefty politics to navigate to move from one to another. Ds only managed it because dp is a leader within the group he was leaving, and was able to navigate it all, otherwise, not a chance.

You could try it, and consider getting involved as a leader if you'd like the help the group improve.
