Amazon Deliveries

Sorry I know this a bit odd posting on here but I'm at my wits end!

Is anyone having any problems receiving anything from Amazon? I have Prime and anything sent via Amazon Logistics is being undeliverable....been going on for 2 weeks on all orders. Having no joy at all with customer service who don't know what's wrong.

Wondered if anyone experiencing this and if they have resolved it?

Seems a bit strange, we've had prime deliveries Saturday, Sunday and today - dc1 due in 2 weeks so DH appears to be nesting. Is it a new build address not being picked up properly maybe?

HI - I had a prime delivery on Friday and it was fine.

It is strange. We are in Shortlands. It's an old house and deliveries were fine till 2 weeks ago. Seems to have gone wrong since they changed our Amazon logistics carrier depot from Croydon to Dartford. Since then we get "package delayed due to incorrect carrier facility' then it sits there for a week with no delivery attempts and then goes back to Amazon as undeliverable and we are refunded. Grrrrrr!

How frustrating, have you any lockers close by you could use until it's sorted out?
