Mums of Derbyshire, I really need your help! I have started classes for 2-7year olds in sport and would really like to know what mums (and dads) actually think about them, please could you fill in this quick survey for me and I will give you a free taster session.

Done, may have sounded a little unenthusiastic but that's just because that particular sport may not suit my child, not a criticism of the classes!
