Hi All! We are looking to expand our family, so having to move out of our (lovely but tiny) 2 bed in Guildford town centre. We realise we can get a lot more for our money in the Burpham/Merrow areas and from what we have seen & know of these areas, they seem really nice and in keeping with what we have come to expect from Guildford!
So my question is - is there any areas or estates we should avoid? I've seen someone online say to avoid the Bushy Hill area; is that all the roads off it, or just Bushy Hill Drive itself? Or is it just one person's completlely unfounded opinion?!
