Preschools in Stroud

Hello. We are moving to Stroud in December and are hoping to get a place for my daughter (just turned 4) to start preschool in January, when we have settled in a bit. She currently attends a large preschool here in Bristol (95 children in total). Im not sure where to start really. We are moving to Bath Rd (town end). I would be very grateful for any local information on preschools etc. Thank you, Lucy

It might be worth phoning the school she is likely to attend and asking where their reception class go to playgroup/preschool. Can't think off the top of my head which school it would be? Stroud Valleys? Woodchester?

Presumably you are in Rodborough. If so, could I suggest the Rodborough Playgroup at the Tabernacle on Tabernacle Walk. It's just in the process of starting some Forest School sessions which I believe are quite popular.
