Newbie here (long time Cambridge resident though).
We're about to instruct an architect to prepare extension drawings, and whilst I await the quote, can anyone tell me what they were charged for the planning and building regs drawings?
Our extension isn't going to be conceptually complex so no need for ongoing architect involvement.
We're planning on using Michael Bullivant who I've heard very good things about in terms of speed and quality. I thought he was pleasant and straightforward when we met. Anyone used him?
