I am trying to start a charity to help women who have had their child/ren removed because of divorce, via the family courts/CAFCASS/social services.
I had my daughter taken away from me on 27/06/2016 by RKBC social services and a judge at the central family courts, London and given to paternal grandparents despite the father being on bail for assaulting my daughter. I am a post graduate and left an abusive marriage and tried to protect myself and my daughter. I cannot discuss on the web but I am trying to find women that have had similar experiences as I wish to set up a charity to raise awareness and to hopefully force an investigation into CAFCASS and the family courts.
