Can anyone tell me the cost of Bathroom & Kitchen refurbishment in New Town? We were quoted £25K (without units nor appliances for 2 rooms) or £17K for Bathroom with units.
I feel that they are awfully expensive. However, the rooms are in the basement & needs walls & ceilings replaced (tung and groove wood). I would be grateful if you could give us some advice.... Thanks & Best Regards
