Dear Ladies, I moved recently to UK-Guildford and I have 2 children. I'm currently advised to have a childminder for after school. Since I'm new, I would like your advice regarding childminders, how to chose one, is it safe to hire one, what is the normal cost for such a service. Thanks inadvance.
