We live in rural north norfolk and my husband and I both work full time. We're desperately seeking a nanny to looking after our 1 year old DD three days a week now that my maternity leave is coming to an end. I also have a 6 year old DD that needs picking up from school/holiday care. The problem is it seems really difficult to find anyone! I've scoured childcare.co.uk and gumtree but I can find very little. Does anyone have any ideas about where best to look / advertise for this sort of role, or is it the case that there's just a real shortage of nannies in north norfolk?!
