Hello, my daughter has just started sixth form and she has done great in her GVSEs having got eight A stars two As and a B. She wants to do a maths degree at a good university and wants to teach maths.
Now, she has chosen maths and further maths but we are all gutted that there is a timetable class and she is not able to do French A level. She started physics A level but isn't really into it. Now she has opted to do English Language A level, plus the maths and further Maths and an Extended Project. I am a bit gutted for her because it seems so unfair that her choices are so limited after doing so well in her GCSEs. Her teacher has advised doing the three A levels, but I would prefer that she did four and dropped one next year.
Does anyone have any advice?
Thanks
