Hi, my family and I are relocating to be closer to my husbands job in Solihull, we live in south Cheshire at the min near friends and family but his commute is too long. We're looking at Appleby Magna and surrounding 10 miles ish so that my husband is close to the m42. Can anyone recommend any lovely small market towns or large villages? We'd like a character home if poss and a local pub, post office etc. Also an ofsted outstanding school would be great as we have a 2yr old. We're not keen on modern estates really. I know, we don't want a lot!!! Any suggestions really would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
