Hereford City Life has set up the BIG Arts Tent in High Town, which will provide free arts workshops on a wide range of arts & crafts for anyone who wants to pop in!
Starting on Wednesday 27th of July and running through August to the beginning of September, the BIG Arts Tent will feature talented artists who specialise in a particular craft. It's a brilliant way to entertain and educate the kids, at no cost whatsoever.
To top it all off, children also receive a free gift voucher after their workshop, so that they can pick up a small treat at a local store.
Workshops featured at the tent include mask making, puppetry creation, upcycle carnival band, litter bug printmaking, tile making, clay sculpting, kite making, block printing, mono printing, flip book creation, stop frame animation, illustration, mixed media model making and embroidery hoop art.
Sessions run at 11am, 12.25pm and 1.50pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, and there is no booking required – anyone is free to drop in and explore.
