Hello!
I am relocating up North from Devon next month with my husband and our 7 month old baby to be closer to his family (mine live abroad)
We're moving to Washington in the first instance and going to look for somewhere cheap to buy hopefully for Christmas.
I don't know anyone up there or anything about the area really having only been to Newcastle for a conference and leisure, which is not the same!
Anyone local willing to offer some advice? Good groups, good areas? Bad areas? Anything would be welcome!
