Help us test a questionnaire about hospital care for children and young people.
If your child is aged 0-15 years and has been admitted to hospital as a patient in the last 6 months we would really like to talk to you and your child about it. A member of our team will go through the questionnaire with you in a location of your choice at a time that suits you in August. It will take about an hour.
You and your child will receive a £25 voucher 'Love2shop' voucher as a thank you.
