dentist recommendations in Hitchin - a nervous patient

Hello

Just that really. Has anyone any advice on good dentists in Hitchin? I am a nervous patient and am looking at someone who does good, private work.
Thanks in advance for any replies.

Teresa at Hitchin Dental (next to Sainsbury's) is fabulous. Not sure if she treats patients privately as well as on the NHS, but I would highly recommend trying to see her.

DP's parents live in Hitchin and say that Hitchin Dental Care at Payne's Park is a good private service!

Thank you very much Tatty and Eleanor, that's great - I will certainly look it up. Always reassuring to have personal recommendations.

Purley's in Letchworth (prob spelt wrong) is a good private practise too. I've used them in an emergency and would go back if I could afford to.

I think the one on Ninesprings Way is meant to be good. I believe they only do private for adults.
They are meant to be more specialised and most of their work comes from refferals from other dentists (according to their reception)

Essential Dental on Bancroft are really excellent too, highly recommended. Good luck! Flowers

Mrs Turner - she works above the sweet shop near the market square. She is lovely.

Thank you very much for all your replies. Sounds like there is a lot of choice. Like the idea of a dentist above a sweet shop! he he
