If you have never heard of merry go round toy libraries we are based in Exeter - one in the Scrapstore in Belmont Park on Tuesday 1-4 and Thursday 10-1 and Thursday 9.30 -12.30 at our other toy library Carousel based at West Exe Childrens Centre in St Thomas. You can join for £5 for the year and then pay from 40p a week to hire a range of good quality toys and books.
