Hello I hope this doesn't sound cheeky but we are thinking of buying a house in epsom that would need a single storey extension doing I just wondered if anyone has any rough ideas of how much a single storey extension costs in epsom? I am hearing 25k ex fittings ie ex kitchen and flooring but my husband has been told it will be around 35k ex fittings. Does anyone have any rough ideas based on own experience. We were thinking of 5m wide by about 4m depth to put a kitchen/diner in? Thanks so much for any answers
