playdates for 6yr old leeds

Hi, I'm fairly new to Leeds, I currently live in Headingley, looking to make friends but more importantly I want my six year old to make some friends as he's currently not at school (can't get him a place ) I don't drive so any mums in Headingley/ meanwood/ Kirkstall/ Hyde park/ Leeds city centre area-these are the only places I've ventured to so far and can easily get to lol. Hi :) have you managed to get him a school place sorted yet? I have a 6 year old too, I work during the week but happy to meet up weekends or school holidays xx
