In desperate need of a good buffet caterer

Hi

We are having a wedding party in November (when we get back from wedding abroad) and I am looking for someone to cater for a buffet for approx. 200 people.

I have had a few quotes through but when I look at the galleries, it looks like a lot of these people/ companies are just buying the cheapest items possible from the supermarkets. While budget is a factor I also want good quality. Ideally it would be a company/ someone with a food hygiene certificate.

Any recommendations?

Been to many parties and food is first class and not from a supermarket!
