Hi im becky, and I teach mums how to massage their baby, which has some fantastic benefits, in reducing Colic pain, constipation, & teething pain. Its a great bonding experience and can encourage longer sleep patterns for your baby, its also a lovely relaxing time to have with your baby and get to meet some other mums too!
