Hello - I'm a Surrey Mum and along with another mum we have started a petition to address safety concerns about the Ashtead A24. There are several schools bordering the A24 and the speed limit is 40mph, but traffic is travelling much faster than this and the pavements are very narrow. Recently a pedestrian stepped into the road to pass me and my child in a buggy. I was horrified. Please support and sign our petition : petitions.surreycc.gov.uk/AshteadA24/
